1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jihost platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, playing any game, or claiming any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as well as jihost's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jihost with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. jihost reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the jihost platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age required for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as stipulated under PAGCOR regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on jihost. Registration by underage individuals is a violation of these Terms and Philippine gaming law.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, or automated systems may not register for player accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether placed through jihost, PAGCOR, or any recognized national responsible gaming program.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of jihost, nor an immediate family member of any such person, for the purpose of wagering with real money on the platform.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games on jihost, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Each individual may hold only one (1) active jihost account at any time. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all funds held across linked accounts.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, jihost is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of at least one of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

jihost may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated period will have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed to jihost's satisfaction.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jihost login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jihost will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify jihost immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jihost accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and QR Ph-enabled bank transfers. jihost does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party transfers, or payments made on behalf of another person.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as stated on the jihost cashier page and may be updated from time to time. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jihost does not charge processing fees on standard GCash or Maya transactions; however, your e-wallet or bank provider may impose their own fees, for which jihost accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) Philippine banking business day. jihost reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, security review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless expressly approved otherwise by jihost's compliance team.

4.4 Currency

The jihost platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All game wagers, bonus credits, winnings, and transaction amounts are expressed in PHP. jihost is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences incurred by players using non-PHP payment instruments.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jihost offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable across all jihost promotions include the following:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the individual promotion terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

By placing a wager on any jihost game, you confirm acceptance of that game's specific rules.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on jihost use independently tested and certified RNG systems. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The outcomes of all games are determined solely by the relevant RNG or live game mechanics — jihost does not interfere with, modify, or manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jihost reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. jihost accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to Philippine ISP outages, mobile network congestion, or device failures.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the jihost platform
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using the platform while subject to a valid self-exclusion order
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the platform
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA, R.A. 9160 as amended)
• Engaging in charge-backs or fraudulent reversal of deposits
• Transferring funds between player accounts or accepting funds from third parties
• Abusing jihost customer support staff verbally or through harassment

8 Responsible Gaming

jihost is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries real financial risk. jihost provides the following responsible gaming tools, available from every registered player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps
• Loss Limits: Limit the maximum amount you can lose per session or period
• Session Time Controls: Set alerts or hard limits on play session duration
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of elapsed play time
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your account for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

jihost reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity theft
• Receipt of a charge-back or fraudulent payment dispute
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Receipt of a lawful order from PAGCOR or any Philippine government authority

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of misconduct), any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonuses will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method. Accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may have balances forfeited in their entirety.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jihost platform — including but not limited to the jihost brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, sound effects, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jihost or its licensed partners and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jihost platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jihost platform without the express prior written consent of jihost.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jihost and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the jihost platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, gambling losses, loss of data, or damage to device or software.

jihost's total aggregate liability to you for any direct claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits jihost's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The jihost platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jihost takes reasonable steps to ensure availability and reliability, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may affect platform availability from time to time.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the jihost platform, you agree to first contact jihost customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines with proper jurisdiction.

If you believe jihost has acted in breach of its PAGCOR obligations, you have the right to escalate your complaint directly to PAGCOR through their official complaints process.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jihost reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication on the jihost platform.

The current effective version of these Terms is always accessible on this page at jihost.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the jihost platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure.
